They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I can trust them to take care me and my car. Jade was the best!! I am so happy I bought my car with Koch 33. The service is everything I expected. They even detailed my car for free tonight. I have had my car for a year now and they keep it running like it is brand new. I hope I get Jade to be my customer service person every time. Everyone else there in the service department was friendly too. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience. John Corsale was the salesman who assisted me and he was very helpful with getting me into my new Rav4. They were not pushy to get me to buy extra stuff like extended warranties either.

We recently bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership. As is usual with a new car we were given two sets of keys. When we made a stop on the way home and tried to lock the vehicle we found one set of keys did not match our vehicle. The salesman was called, the situation explained and we are to pick up the missing set of keys when we are again in their area. Mistakes can happen. At home my husband was setting up storage as he would like it and we find we are missing the "tonneau" cover called a luggage cover in the manual. Another mistake? No, this is just sloppy business. The vehicle should have been checked thoroughly before it was delivered to us. Since the vehicle comes with two years of included service we wonder if that too will be sloppy and posdibly unsafe. Mistakes in the service department can destroy the vehicle or us! We might recommend them but would definitely advise caution in dealing with them. We are more interested in their attention to detail and doing things right rather than onsite Starbucks.
